My mum and I took a break to Butlins Minehead this year. Due to searching for almost three hours in the rain for the accommodation, my mother’s scooter broke down. There was no help was available from Butlins, but someone advised your shop might help. You were fantastic, and even looked after us with a wheelchair while you repaired her scooter. I cannot thank Independent Living enough! When my mother needs a new scooter, we will drive to Minehead for it!
