Delivery

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 5 to 10 working days. If a product is not in stock we will email you to let you know if there will be a delay beyond 10 working days.

We ONLY sell and deliver items on our online store to West Somerset and the surrounding region (Post codes areas: TA24, TA23, TA22, TA4, EX35 & EX36).

We can also deliver to other local areas upon special request. Please contact us about this.

If you change your mind about a product you have ordered prior to receiving despatch notification, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to refund you.

Returns and Refunds

Should you be unhappy with your received order please contact us immediately and we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund. Pottery must be returned to us within 14 days and in original condition – please package it carefully to ensure a safe return. We regret that we cannot cover return postage costs for unwanted items.
